While combat is the major focus of the trailer, Wild Hearts also shares several ways players can use the Karakuri to traverse the game's sprawling landscapes. The Karakuri can also give a player's weapon special properties, with a torch created by the Karakuri shown to imbue the weapon with fire. Harpoon traps will be able to keep enemies locked in place, allowing the player to move in for big damage.
